Marketing site scope

This website (sureelai.com) is a marketing surface describing the services and engagement model of Sureel AI, a brand operated by Sureel Ventures LLC (“Sureel,” “we,” “us”). Content presented here — pricing, capacity, portfolio examples, industry pages — is informational and reflective of current practice, not a binding offer. Engagements with Sureel are governed by separately-signed Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, and engagement letters.

The AI Audit and Build-yours intake flows

The AI Audit, Build-yours, and Apply intake forms generate AI-drafted proposal responses to help us move faster. The proposal text you receive is a draft, not a binding offer or quote. Pricing, scope, and timelines are confirmed only in a signed engagement letter. Output from the AI proposal generator may contain errors and should not be relied on without follow-up conversation with the Sureel team.

Permitted use

• You may read, share, and reference this site to evaluate Sureel as a potential consulting partner.
• You may submit inquiries via the intake forms or email — that's what they're for.
• You may quote or paraphrase content with attribution.

Prohibited use

• Don't scrape, mirror, or republish this site as your own.
• Don't use this site or its contents to misrepresent your relationship with Sureel.
• Don't submit content via the intake forms that you don't have the right to share (third-party confidential info, etc.).
• Don't probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the site's technical infrastructure.
• Don't inject content designed to manipulate the AI proposal generator (prompt-injection attacks, social-engineering, etc.).

Intellectual property

“Sureel AI,” the wordmark, and the design elements of this site are owned by Sureel Ventures LLC. Content you voluntarily submit via intake forms remains yours; by submitting, you grant Sureel a limited license to use it for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.

No warranty on site content

We try to keep this site accurate, but content is provided “as is.” Capacity indicators, pricing tiers, and portfolio details are current as of the most recent edit and may change. Nothing on this site is a substitute for a conversation with the Sureel team and a signed engagement letter.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sureel's liability arising from your use of this marketing site is limited to direct damages and excludes consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Nothing in this section limits obligations under a signed engagement contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these terms as our practices change. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
